What DownBadCalls Is

DownBadCalls is a social image generator that creates fictional prediction market images for entertainment purposes. It is not a financial product. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, real market activity, or real wagers of any kind.

DownBadCalls is not affiliated with Kalshi. It is an independent product. The Kalshi name and visual style are referenced for parody and entertainment purposes only. We are not endorsed by, partnered with, or associated with Kalshi Inc. in any way.

Your Responsibilities

When using DownBadCalls, you agree that:

• You will only upload images you have the right to use — photos you took or have explicit permission to use.
• You will not use DownBadCalls to harass, defame, bully, or create misleading content about real people.
• You will not use DownBadCalls for any illegal purpose.
• You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute the images you generate.

Intellectual Property

The platform: Lulo Labs LLC owns all rights to the DownBadCalls website, code, and design.

Your generated images: You own them. We claim no rights to images you create using this tool. We do not store your images on our servers.

Disclaimers

DownBadCalls is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lulo Labs LLC and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DownBadCalls or from images you create and share using the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
